No cameras! Just ankle bracelets |

hmm, usually when your under house arrest they monitor your internet activity, pass out photos of you to all your neighbors for about a mile around and ask people to please Keep a look out for you,
This practice will continue for the rest of your life, no matter where you go, When you get a Job, all your co-workers will be asked to Observe you at a distance and but they will more or less be sworn to secrecy
This will usually lead to Paranoia and God only knows what other psychosis but the observers will be entertained, so, keep it interesting :)

No. Honestly, it would be too expensive. Most places will tag you with an ankle bracelet that transmits your location. |

They are also monitoring your computer. Even as you read this, they know it. That is because government has unlimited money and manpower to hire thousands of men and women to surveill everyone else. So, if you are not one of the people being hired to spy on others, then you must be one of the people they are spying on. |

I do not think so. All i know is that you have to wear a ankle bracelet and if you go past a point..it alerts the police. |

no, they probably know where you are with your gps locator |
|

bajaricky
|
no that's what the bracelet is for
they can stop by at anytime for a house check |
|

No they don't. the leg bracelet has a monitor and if you go a certain distance from your house it goes off at the police station that is how they know what happen. They have no cameras. |

nope.
the ankle bracelet tells them everything. (location)
if you go out of boundaries it'll set the bracelet off. |

nope, i doubt it.
it is just an invisible infared that detects whether you have left the house or not. |

The answer is no they don't watch you with any surveillance cameras, they just place an ankle bracelet on you which monitors your movement in an area of 100 meters or so. If you breach your perimeter the ankle bracelet will sound an alarm back to the monitoring station which could breach your conditions. I have seen on several occasions people going outside their perimeter without any consequence, why I can't tell you I can only guess, slack monitoring or a much larger perimeter than they tell you.On all occasions the offender(lets say Bender the offender) had gone not more than two kilometers away, conducted business like you do & straight back without getting that phone call.Chill out bro no ones watching your still the king of your domain, you just have to remember your at your home & not eating Porridge ! slowly test out your monitor by going further away & coming straight back just in case they call.Soon you will know its limitation & boundaries. |

|

kosm

No, do they have a tether on you? If they do, then no way. That is the whole purpose of a tether, so they do not have to babysit you.You may be under occassional surveillance, but don't get all paranoid. |

I don't think there are cameras that are watching you, but if you have a ankle bracelet that is like a GPS it will beep at the police station if you go out of bounds. Even if there are not cameras there is a chance that someone comes to check on you at your house and if your not there then you are screwed. |

The terms of house arrest can differ. Some terms can require the convict to be inside his or her private residence no matter what. Others allow for certain exceptions, such as being allowed movement in as much as functions for the court or the prisoner's essentials. Examples of such movement can include visits to the probation officer or police station, or being allowed to go to the office of a doctor or dentist. Some house arrests also permit the convict to frequent gymnasiums to keep their health up, as most prisons do have gyms and recreational areas included within their walls. Another house arrest option is to allow the prisoner to frequent shops and supermarkets on the basis that it is necessary to resupply the house periodically. |
