Smoking marijuana, in most cases, is a victimless crime as there is no injury, with the possible exception to the person inhaling it. There is no property damage or bodily injury or otherwise any grounds upon which another party can bring suit. This includes the State/Federal government.

This cannot be a free country with the government simultaneously criminalizes the things people can purchase and consume. A person either believes in individual liberty or believes the government is supreme. There is NO middle ground.

I think its none of the government's business if you smoke it. But the law's the law so right now its not a civil right.
