I don't believe in gay marriage. to me it's against God's laws, which is a reflection of our US laws.

Anyone who uses "gay" and "marriage" in the same sentence has never been married!

Look at the glum faces of the husbands sitting in the department stores waiting for the wife to finish trying on clothes that HE will have to pay for!

See the look of disgust on the wife's face as the man sits on the couch in his underwear, watching TV, drinking beer and passing gas!

I don't think we can re-define what 'marriage' is, but I think two people should be able to contract themselves into any relationship that is legal, as long as it is consensual and no one is harmed or no unalienable rights are abrogated.

I really don't care if they can get married.

It does not affect me, my life, my morals, or my mental well being in the least.

I don't see why we should prevent them from having a little piece of paper that says they are legally linked to each other.

And if/when they break up, let them have all the joys of divorce lawyers too.

I think it should. If 2 people want to marry, and it's not hurting anyone, then there is no reason to stop them.

Marriage must be defined, legally. If the arguement is used that there is nothing saying that two men can't marry, the same arguement could be used if a woman wants to marry four men one woman and her dog.
If two guys want to do, whatever they do, disgusting as it is, that's their own business, but it's not a marriage.

I don't exactly support gay marriage but I do believe that marriage has no place in goverment and there really shouldn't be any laws regarding who you should or shouldn't marry, that's definitly a personal chose. All marriage is are vows.

I don't care what or who people are attracted to. But I do care that every fringe group in existence has gotten this idea that they're better than everybody else and society needs to give them special treatment and extra rights.

I think we should know better by now.
There is nothing wrong with being gay. Love is love.
Everybody has the right to live life the way they want to, as long as it doesn't hurt others. How would a married gay people hurt anybody? Besides the brains of the fundamental Catholics.

Marrige is man and woman being wed in holy matrimony. a civil union or something like that should be used instead of the term marrige
