i.e.When I had my baby I just wonder how much my meals cost. When my husband got a meal from the cafeteria it was super cheap. I wonder if they charged me double for them to bring it to me

You can always ask. The hospital is not responsible for educating you; you are responsible for educating yourself so you know exactly what you are getting and what you are paying for.
I never go to a doctor without getting an idea beforehand what it will cost. Its a habit I picked up from my dad. He'd always ask, "what's that cost and what does it include?" I have yet to be surprised by any bill. |
