Please explain your answer. Do you think that illegal aliens are taking jobs from American's? Do you think that illegal aliens should receive healthcare and public housing? Most thought out answer will get 10 points, I promise.

Yes, illegal immigrants are taking jobs away from Americans, but Americans are letting them. Too many Americans are enjoying their life on unemployement and do not want to work, and even when they do they only do it long enough to file a workman's comp. claim so they can sit at home and collect more money. Take away gov't assistance, and watch how fast all those employers begin hiring Americans over illegals.
Should illegals receive healthcare and housing... NO !! no more gov't assistance!! Most of them, "CLAIM" they have a wife and 9 kids to support so they recieve maximum payout each check, and then send half their money back to their home country so their wives and family can save it up. (probably paying to keep their wives faithful if you ask me) |

Absolutely. It is less strict than federal requirements. As SCOTUS vted 9-zip in the Muehler v. Mena case, reasonable suspicion is NOT required to ask for documentation. The state law requires it. I think that is a positive step.
The only people really having a problem are illegal aliens, and the people who want them to vote. |

Absolutely!! Give them sixty days to leave the country. If they don't leave anyone caught after the given day will be immediately deported and all thier belongins auctioned for payment to the USA for thier fines and to cover deportation fees. As for giving them anything, that would be absurd.They are criminals and diserve nothing. Jobs they are currently occupying will be filled, by someone who needs a job. |

As for your first answer, please stop just listening to CNN and start reading specifically what they are talking about. The AZ law does not give the police the right to just stop people and ask for proof. The immigration laws state that IF you are a person hear from another country you need to carry proof.
And yes I do think so. Employers need to be cracked down on also. But let the people of the US understand that this may cause a jump in prices for certain things if US citizens take the place of illegals. We must keep an eye on those companies who would raise prices even if the new employees didn't cost them anymore to employee. |
