Do you think they should BAN bullying?

Being a bully for going to jail? I don't know, but it has to be very serious matter... Well, with that kind of language, the bullying has to stop no matter what.

Bully's are nasty and Ive witnessed my brother get bullied in middle school. I went searching for that kid and was ready to tear him apart if i found him. Not that its right but thats just how mad I was at the time. Truth is theres always gonna be bullys, but they usually dont make it far in life. Once school is done and over with, theyll be a nobody.

Yes, the thing is, is that it's wrong. People should be kind and decent to one another, especially in these times. Why would you want to call someone that?? Treat others the way you want to be treated.
With the internet and pretty much no limitation on communication we should be joining together and helping people out. The internet was not created for people to "bully" one another.
Kids these days are so mean and cruel to each other, and hopped up on so much behavioral medication its unbelievable. Kids were cruel when I went to school but not like kids are these days.
Kids are killing themselves over these bullys. They shouldn't let it get to them like that, but it is.
I'm sorry but I think that any bully should be prosecuted, depending upon the severity, but punished non the less.

Bullies are people with problems too. Their main outlet for all of these problems may be bullying. Putting them in jail is not the solution for something that isn't that serious to begin with. Unless the bully posts threatening activities, then jail is just an over-judgement.

No. If you grow up in a world where you don't get the experiences needed to get you though as an adult then you're going to have a hard time being an adult. Everyone has been bullied, even the bullies have been bullied by someone at some point and it's a part of growing up.

Note: There is a difference between bullying (tripping someone, knocking books out out hands, etc...) and harassment (behaviors which are found threatening or disturbing). There is is some gray area surrounding threatening but bullying isn't disturbing in and of itself.

i am bigger stronger and more popular then you, i say stuff to you on a daily basis to try and hurt you.
you go different routes everyday to avoid me but i start to stalk you being everywhere you are when i can and i get my friends to help me stalk you.

some say that is what happened at colombine, even one of the survivours who was shot claimed this, he and several friends were either shot and killed or survived.

i do not think jail is right under your scenerio but bullying is often stalking and that is criminal.

Jail? no that's too harsh. I think they should have official warnings and comunity service and possibly manditory theropy. I think bullying is a serious problem and there's not enough being done to stop it.
