YES. The women didnt make the baby on her own. If the dad didnt want it then he should have wrapped his winkie!
EDIT: slaarwalhz- is right. they can give up all parental rights. but i dont think these dead beat dads are gonna take the time out of their worthless lives to do that. |

Yes, the father can be made to pay in just about every case I have ever heard of. |

fortunately (for the child) and unfortunately for him, yes. there is no real way to prove that he didn't want the child but in any case once paternity is established he will have to pay some sort of child support. |

Excuse me?? NO CHOICE??? He has tons of choices, he should of thought of that before he decided to create a baby.. theres no birth control thats a 100% only one I can think of is, don't do it and you wouldn't have to concern yourself with rather you have to take care of a child that didn't ask to be born in the first place.. And if the mother of the said child puts the fathers name on its birth ceriticate, then yep in this state where I'm located you'd have to pay, and if you refused to pay child support its the law they can yank your liences away from you in a heart beat..
SO buck up and stop whining that five minutes worth of fun may end up costing you later... |

Yes. The conception was not the "child's" fault. |

the father is still legally obligated to the child and yes can be obligated to pay support unless you and him come to an arrangement for him to hand over his paternal rights and agree to no support. |
|

|
yes. it's just as much the fathers fault as it is the mother. it takes two people to have a baby. so two people should take care of it. |

Yes, unless you live in a state that allows the father to abandon his paternal rights which is becoming increasingly less common since she states realized it takes a toll on the welfare system. The child still has to eat and have a roof over it's head regardless of the father's wishes. Dad should have thought about that when he unzipped his zipper. |

yes, the father has to pay child support for his kids. |

In most cases he will still have to pay child support. Does he have to take care of it? NO, if sole custody was given to him then he could put it up for adoption. |

Technically he did want the child because he chose to nana in the first place- like the other dude said, you play you pay!!!! |
|

Yes...if the paternity test proves that he is the father. The mother can petition the courts to order the father to pay. I have heard of cases where the father contested paying child support on the grounds that the woman tricked him by discontinuing to use birth control without his knowledge. |

Yes, and rightly so... after all he enjoyed the implantation! |

Um, I would say, yes. A father should support his child whether he "wanted" the baby or not.. but it is definitely up to the Mother whether or not she is going to make him pay child support. |

Absolutely, if you make it then take care of it. If you didn't want it in the first place, then you shouldn't take the chance that it might happen. |

I know it's not fair since many woman use this type of thing as control and it happens to a lot of men,and yes you have to pay, next time use precaution. |

Yes, the father is still legally responsible for the child.
You know if the father didn't want a child - there are ways to make sure he doesn't have one.
Keep your pants on and no one gets knocked up.
Nah- try this keep an aspirin between your knees, no kids. |
