Firstly I don't believe that the death penalty is ever justified, but even if it was in place, it should be used only for the actual taking of life.
A death penalty for rape would only make it more likely that the rapist would also kill his victim to make it even less likely that he was detected.
I'm not sure that turning this question into a "who can think of the most bizarre punishment to show how much they hate this man?" competition is healthy.
I can't claim I'll shed any tears for this man after committing such a vile crime, but I don't think the death pealty is ever appropriate. |

Thats not extreme but I wont go into what I would do as once I get going I don't stop but lets just say it involves cheese graters and acid and all sorts, I wouldn't kill him but I would leave him strapped to the instrument I'm using to die :D

HMMMmmmm...... Death is a gift for people like that. He should be spending life in a Pakastani prison so he has to regrett what he did for more than just the next few weeks he has till he's executed. |

Of course I believe that he deserves death. I also agree with my boyfriends idea to shoot them in the nuts with a 12-gauge first.
However, unfortunately rape is not a capitally punishable crime in America, and it never will be. We can only rely on the courts to deliver fair and just punishment. |

How can you argue in favour of this rapist . not just a rapist , but that of a child of 2 years . this man needs putting to death , and quite frankly the fact you even question whether he should be executed leads me to the conclusion that you may be a child rapist yourself . |

Personally, I believe Death Row needs to be abolished. Everyone there needs to be executed right away. After that, anyone convicted of rape or murder needs to be executed right away. So, yes, that man deserves to die. When it comes to rape and murder I have little mercy for the perp. People get away with far too much bad stuff, and there isn't enough justice. When there is justice, sometimes the "justice" that's doled out isn't enough. |

thats tricky eh it really does depend on whether u approve of the death penalty. I dont so i would say no. no actually, im not saying he doesnt deserve to die, he prob does, but its not right to kill him. it doesnt solve anything unfortunatly. i say bring back prisons like alcatraz, make them really really harsh and keep people there for a long time. that way they are being punished worse than death, but if the wrong decision was made its not 2 late 2 apologise and give them lots of money haha. it is extremist, the death penatly is extremist. |

I don't think so because she is too young to remember what happened. In my opinion, he deserves life in prison without visitation rights. If the girl was older, then he should have gotten the death penalty. |
