I want to buy a skin cream from a drug store or a wall greens it is called Hydroquinone it is a skin lightener ... also used to fade tattoos is there an age limit in Oregon to buy something like that in a drug store???

I think if is sold over the counter at wallgreens on the shelf and not by prescription, there is no age limit.
