I would highly recommend Perverted Justice - these folks are watchdogs for child molesters. Perhaps you saw their show on Dateline about nailing predators.

I think it will depend where you live, but if you go to a search engine like Yahoo or Google and type what you are trying to find you will get an answer. Just type something like "List of Child molesters Atlanta"
