I don't think that the police have enough evidence to actually charge them which in one way is a great shame. I can't see the Home Office issuing deportation orders without good reason. There is more to this than meets the eye. We are not being told the full facts, what a surprise!!!. More will arrive to take their place. There should be nobody allowed in from Pakistan until they get their act together and shut down terrorist training camps. |

If we can't deport convicted terrorists, according to our lunatic judiciary, how can they deport eleven 'innocent' men.
It stinks and my own suspicion is that they entered the country without being checked out by immigration, the cretins who seem unwilling to protect our borders.
Can Jacquie Smith afford another immigration fiasco, no she bloody well can't. Are they getting a few grand each to keep their mouths shut? |

I don't really care, deporting them means it saves the taxpayer the cost of 11 trials and prison cells. |

The Home Office wants to deport them, why's that then if they haven't done anything wrong? I smell a cover up.
We're clearly not being told the whole truth here. The government don't just deport people for being students.
Oh and expect them all to appeal, which will cost the taxpayer millions as per usual. |

Personally;I believe in this particular case it is the old, old saying; There is no smoke without a fire!
I feel that the arrests were forced upon the law agencies because of the
unfortunate gaffe by the Commander Bob Quick.
What now concerns me is that now their lawyers are lodging an appeal to prevent them them being extradited.
What we need is a firm government who would say;'They are going'! |

They should just stop Pakistani nationals entering Britain altogether. It is clear Pakistan has become a terrorist state and is a threat to the national security of western countries. |

I think they should be deported of "suspicion of terrorism" ! But most of the Muslim population have said the alleged "terrorists" are innocent and want them to stay here in UK !

I agre no smoke with out fire. Yes I believe they haven't quite got the evidence to pin it on them, however, if there were any doubt on their credibility, when yes they should be deported - why should we risk them committing any attrocities?
I think any foreign national who is under any suspicion should have their visa revolked. You wouldn't get that in any other country would you? |

They're all here on student visas, yet all have a 0% attendance record!
They should count themselves lucky that they're getting booted out of the country instead of over the edge of the cliffs of Dover. |

Why (you could ask) are people released without charge mean they are innocent or simply the police cannot prove categorically they are guilty?
Because you aren't hypocrites, are you? You accept that we can assume the guilt of anyone questioned by the police?
I suppose innocent until proven guilty means nothing to you people. |
