if ur inthe uk this would sound like some sort of scam to me why would a solicitor in australia be dealing with it. in the uk if a relative dies from an asbestos related disease u can claim compensation fromthe Industrial Injuries Board and also sue the company where the relative worked. The money received goes to next of kin
