some things to think about:
1. anyone who wants to do it does it already
2. kills far less and is less imparing than alcohol
3. could be taxed
4. salvia is legal and is a hallucinogen
5. savings from law enforcement (fewer: prisoners, court dates, and admin. exp.)
6. cigarettes and alcohol are far more addictive

yeah it should be... you hear of people getting drunk and murdering their wifes but you never here that **** with weed cuz it relaxes you and stops you from doing crazy ****... |

While in the military, I was part of a research team which evaluated the effects on soldiers who had used marijuana over an extended period of time. our findings indicated a decreased ability to socialize, conceptualize, and concentrate. Our findings were not published as the Army had not authorized our study. As a result of my experiences with long term users of marijuana I do not think it should be legalized. |

I think if it is legalized it would be like opening Pandora's Box, because that will encourage people to try to legalize more drugs and come up with good reasons for it just like you did. But I do agree that people will do it anyway, so why not just make it legal? |

It should definitely be legalized, but, I've heard things about the government being more likely to legalize Cocaine, probably because they want the more addicting things out there, so they sell better, making more profit. |
