Your employer can tell her to stop calling if she is harassing them. No, she cannot do that and if you have a child support case, I would call them and ask them to stop having your ex harass your employer. It wouldn't hurt for your payroll department to tell her to stop calling. |

You and your ex are both free to call anyone you want to talk about the weather or child support or whatever you want. That is probably not what you really want to know. Figure out what you want to know and ask it. |

I do not think so and I do not think the company you work for has the right to give out that Information I do not think it is legal for them to give out pay amounts Hourly either at one job I had I was told if I told any one else what I was getting paid it was reason to be terminated. |

I'm not sure what the law is about that but I know the law states you have the responsibility to pay if its your child so theres no getting out of it, I take it your not paying it or your ex wife wouldn't have had any need to contact your employer, She probably shouldn't have phoned your employer but my advice is just to pay it and move on and maybe ask her nicely not to phone your place of work again |

something like that happened here. One of my workers ex-wife called, and demanded information about him, and the money he was making working for me. She was very rude but broke no law. I refused to give the information, because I am not alowed legally to give out any information like that without his written consent.
Your Ex can call and ask all she wants. Nothing illegal about it.
