Exceptions to underage alcohol consumption in California?

I'm underage but I drink. I'm a war vet, married, and on my own so I really don't feel bad. It is my understanding that California law doesn't explicity have any code allowing underage consumption in a family setting (as many other states do). Can anyone clarify?

By the way don't mother me on underage drinking. Please.

Under age consumption is NOT explicitly prohibited in California.

There are exceptions to underage consumption/possession of alcohol in ones own home.
