So my boys girlfriend cheated on him and i posted something saying how she was lying because the guy had naked pictures of her and her fried said her mom can charge us with harassment and I said facebook is a public website i can post whatever i want unless its threats and how im telling the truth nothing fiction then i said Im done With this im going back to life now and deleted her as a friend, and now apparently her mom called the police and is trying to charge me with harassment, i talked to a cop and he said i was fine but i Just want to want toe sure, is she able to get a hearing and charge me for this BS?

SHE nor her mother, can charge you. They can go to the police, discuss it with them. If they think you have committed a crime, or broken any laws, then THE POLICE could charge you. Not them.
Something this frivolous I seriously doubt that the police or the DA would waste tax payers money, and their time, pursuing.
If you contact her again, then maybe, just maybe, they could try to get you for harassment. But not now, not as it stands.

I don't know if she can charge you for harassment, but she can sue you for libel and I hope she does. |

It's never a good idea to put negative stuff out in the public like that. You could be sued for slander. |
