Frauds on Ebay and how liable i am?

I have a question for all of you. If say i went onto ebay and sold say generic brand Oakleys say made in China or something that has the name, looks the same but is like a different model type like say AB = fake oakleys and i go onto ebay and sell them for a price of REAL oakleys model BA = real oakleys.

So the break down question is that if i sell someone something that is not really worth that much, like i bought the fake product for 20 dollars but then sold it for say 60 dollars claiming it to be a 60 dollar product. Would i be held liable? Would me knowing that the item i got was fake or no influence the liablity? Thanks.

So with these Fake Oakleys AB i go onto ebay and list them as Oakleys BA and sell them for the same price as actual Oakley BA's and make tremendous profit. Say the buyer found out that i sold him something fake how liable am i? What actions can the buyer or Ebay take against me. If possible can you list sources? Thanks.

Clear case of fraud. If you clearly labeled them as being something they are not which you know will produce a higher than reasonable value for them you 've committed fraud, plain and simple.
If you labeled them clearly and honestly and priced them in a way to suggest they are more valueable you might get away with it but most likely not. But in this case no contest.
