You can always call him a "Paki", as racial slurs are not prohibited by law. You should never do that though, regardless of their ethnic background. Chances are, he's not from Pakistan. One wrong turn does not deserve another...
I would advise instead cracking a joke. As I, too, am of very small stature, I often confront these comments by declaring that I prefer the term vertically challenged. Whether they smile or not, it makes me feel better, because I know it's true where the other is not. :) |

no you aren't. if the police were to be involved you could be charged for making a racist comment but he won't be charged with being sizest. Some ppl i know from Pakistan call themselves pakis but they would declare war if a white person called them it.
