I just got into a high school vs high school ghetto *** fight. They have it on tape. In the tape it shows me bashing in some guys face. He got up afterwards. I caused the huge brawl, and someone snitched about the fight to the cops. What's the worst that can happen to me? Senior in high school...
Should I deny everything, because the movie is sort of blurry?
Should I be coopertive?

ok, sorry but i have to comment on this.
no offense, but your an idiot... at least where i come from, you get into a fight in school then you automatically are suspended for 10 days (2 weeks)... and seeing as you are a senior in high school, if your school has the same rule then you screwed yourself because the school year is almost over. if the school wants to, you know they can fail you right? and since you are a senior in high school, its about time you grow up and become an adult, not run around causing "gang" fights.
anywho, cops seem to be more willing when you cooperate. no matter if the tape is blurry or not, there are many witnesses to state that it was you and its better for your case that you cooperate with the cops because they will find out either way. no need to send them on a wild goose chase, that will just piss them off and in the situation that you are, you dont really wanna piss them off. |

Depending on how old you are, you could get some juvie or jail time.

First of all, you need to get a lawyer. From the sounds of it, you are looking at time in the pen, depending on your age and the laws in your state. I would think you are looking at a handful of charges. Do you have a record? If you do, it will make the court more strict on you. In addition, it depends on if the DA has everyone snitch on you and testify against you in return for a lighter punishment. The movie just depends. I mean, if you are identifiable, denying it will make you look foolish. I would get a GOOD lawyer and go from there. |
