In a nutshell, she came over drunk one night and snuck into my bedroom and got on top of me.. I was passed out and when I woke up she was on top of me.. I know some of you on here wont take me serious, but thank the good lord they have female cops and female prosecutors in the rape division that take rape very serious - no matter what the victimes gender. Anyway, I see most men get 5 years.. I want to see fit that she gets 5 years. How? My victim impact statement? Thanks, Phil

Sorry to hear that and don't feel ashamed because of this. This crime may happen more than we assume however it is more likely that it is not reported.
I think the best thing to do is hire a lawyer to help with the case. By doing so they will help with the case and is more likely with their help you lead to the 5 year punishment she so rightly deserves.

It will be really hard to prove she really raped you. Were you injured? Did you go to the doctor immediately after the fact to collect medical evidence? Do you have witnesses? Only your statement will not suffice. |

Unfortunately date rape is hard to prove regardless of who commits it. For what its worth I believe you. Its illegal for a man to rape is wife, so it should be illegal for a girlfriend to rape her boyfriend. If you didn't consent its wrong period. It took a lot of guts to prosecute, so cudo's for you. But unfortunately, your pretty lucky she got what she did. Alot of the male date rapers don't even get that much. Good luck. I'm sorry. |

This happens more than you think. Equal rights for women means equal punishment for when they misbehave.
Anyway, most rape accusations by females against men are false (try 65%+) and they either get a slap on the wrist or no punishment when they recant or are proven to be liars. I support your case and even if she gets 3 years it'll be a victory for TRUE gender equality in our feminist society. |
