Going back to work after on disability....?

I am out on disability. The FMLA act protects me from being fired on laid off while I am disability. However, I am worried that when I return they will lay me off. Is this legal or am I still protected? Their business is getting slow and they have someone else doing my job. I just can't worrying.

Employers are not required to continue FMLA benefits or reinstate employees who would have been laid off or otherwise had their employment terminated had they continued to work during the FMLA leave period as, for example, due to a general layoff.
