im going in hospital if for some reason i dont wake up or i die can i write a letter of my wishes and have it noterized to my wishes and it be legal dont have money for attorney fees please helpi have water on brain and need shunt pump water off brain i have two children 2year old and three year old too

Do it in hand writing (a hand written letter). "This is my last will and testament... My wish is for so and so to take care and raise my two children; and in the event so and so is unable to or unwilling to do so than xyz. I give to so and so ...list your belongings ...whatever they are....Have it signed by at least two people who are not listed as someone who will be getting anything...give copies to a few people you trust like a priest or a relative or a friend.
I suppose you could list your wishes, but wishes are wishes. When you end your letter/will include some language like if any portion of the will is invalid; the other portions will still be valid.
If it makes you comfortable have it notarized, laws vary and are very different from place to place and I have no idea which country you live in, much less the state. |

some hospitals will ask you if you have a living will. they can help you prepare something at the hospital that should be totally legal. |
