First off, I am not a lawyer. You are probably looking at a ticket and enrollment in a drug class for minors. I would not advise telling them where you got it from, as that will not help you one bit. I also do not think you will be going to Juvenile Hall for around half an eighth (assuming you had $25 of good weed). Be respectful in court, yes sir's and no sir's. If they pressure you to give up a name, tell them you do not feel comfortable giving out that information as it may incriminate you further. Essentially plead the 5th. From now on, do not take weed to school. You have no rights there and they will be watching you (and probably searching you in the future) when you get back.

I would Suggest that you Don't Tell The police/Court Where You Got it From.

Here in San Diego, California I as well got caught for possecion of mary Jane. it was like a Dime ($10 worth of mary Jane)

I Got Suspened from 9th grade for a whole year, enrolled in a Stupid Class for drug, and was fined $263.00.

The second time i got caught with $15 worth of MJ i had to goto JUVY for like 45 Days.

The reason I smoke is because I go through some tough Sh*t and sometimes when I just need to relieve Stress i smoke a bowl, it makes me feel so much better. Plus I currently work in construction with my uncle and make 13/Hour and recently turned 16.

I got expelled from high School for possesion of like $25 of Marijauna.
This happened in Los Angeles, California last year when i was 16 as well

All i had to do was pay a fine which was like of $350 or so cant remember...

They were saying i was gonna get locked up and all this other stuff...It was my first offence with cops,

Since it's your first offence, im sure your not going to juvy. They just tell u all this b.s. to make you scared and tell.

I had following charges:

~possesion of drugs at school
~possesion of illegal drugs

When I got caught, i was being question a lot, I never said anything. Just please do not tell the cops who sold it to you.
