Ok, my wife was working at a restaraunt, we are going through the immigration process, so she is not YET able to work legally. Well,she was constantly being harrassed by a co-worker, and he made a comment that he would hit her in the belly to kill our baby (she si newly pregnant.A little under 3 months) The manager does nothing, says nothing about this guy, so I went in there and set him straght because the manager would not say a word to him. I did not lay a finger on the guy, I just warned him. So, her co-worker calls about 156 minutes after I leave the restaraunt and says that he has fired her for me going to talk to her co-worker. Is there any action we can take against this?

Unfortunately,no there is not any legal action you can take.But however you did the right thing sticking up for her.I wish that there was you deserve better. |

Considering that she is not yet working legally, no there is no action that you can legally take. |
