Hello, I posted something on a social media site. A person who has me as a friend on the site didn't like something i posted. To get her point across she took a pic of my status and her comment she made under and posted it as her own pic. She didn't block out my name or pic and now all her friends can see it. For the comments under the pics they are sitting there talking trash about me. Is this a harassment reason to take someone to court over? If so how do I go about doing it? Thanks
