Not sure what a chl is, but the closest is minnesota where you can carry your gun except where it is posted that you can't. Private property owners have rights.

Absolutely not and you won't see one any time soon. Having a drivers license doesn't give me the right to park in your driveway without your permission. A concealed handgun license does not supersede a private property owners rights to exclude your weapon from their property. Your employer is responsible for the safety of their place of business if they allowed you to carry and you had a gun related accident on their property they would be liable.

I think a few states were considering such laws. I'm not sure any of them actually passed, and I'd suspect if they did pass the courts would strike them down as an infringement of private property rights.

While it is true that private property owners can prevent you from bringing guns into the building, some employers went too far by forcing employees to open the trunks of their cars and performing illegal searches. These abuses have led to a law in Florida that specifically allows gun owners to keep an unloaded gun in the trunk of their cars in company parking areas. Similar laws are being considered in other states.

No they have not but some states have passed a law that allows you to keep a weapon locked up in your vehicle even when it's parked on company property.

I doubt you will see such a law passes as that starts to impose on property rights if the place you work is private property. Stranger things have happened though. I guess one could argue that your First Amendment rights continue on private property, why not your Second Amendment?
