i personaly do not believe in abortion, how ever i will defend to the death for every woman or man to be able to make choices for them selves. |

I bet that's true, though it hasn't happened to me. I've known many people who hated the ACLU, though, precisely up to the moment they needed their help. |

It is a personal choice for a woman to make and should remain so.
It is should not be a matter than some politicians sitting in DC, should dictate what I as a woman can and can not do with my body. |

I think--as a man--that women should have the rights to their own bodies; to do with as they see fit.
Not have some neocon nutball--on religious grounds--tell them: "You have no RIGHT to your body! That's the government's jurisdiction!" |

i became pro-choice when i realized how stupid people are and how there are already enough people in the world. |

Yes, I have. I am personally pro-life and I used to think that should apply to everyone. As I have grown older, I realize what a slippery slope it is to give the government control over our bodies, even if it's done to protect a growing baby. So while I am still personally pro-life, I respect and would vote pro-choice. |

No. I've always been pro-choice. |

I was and have always been pro-choice. |

Yes, I changed my view. I was pro-life but now pro-choice.
Not after an abortion but only after I understood where my taxes went. No more abortions in US mean more welfare needed or the US will look like a 3rd world country instead. No abortions would drag some middle class girls into the gutter with the poorest of the poor eventually. One unplanned pregnancy did that to me.
I guess most Americans do not realize that Mexico, Africa and India looked a lot different in the past. They were wealthy countries sought after for European colonization in current century and centuries past. There is still great wealth in those countries too but it can not be seen because of the homeless, shantytowns and spread of great poverty throughout the entire country. Condition of the poor and women and children changed EVERYTHING in those countries and will change everything in the US too. |

I was pro choice until the situation came up in my own life. I was dating someone that got pregnant. She wanted an abortion and I found that I didnt when it came to my own child. We had the child and did not get married.
But I would never want to make that kind of decision for someone else, nor do I think the government should be making that decision for another person. I also want to say that I didnt make the decision for her. I told her my feelings and SHE decided not to go through with the abortion. It is still her body. |

actually i have heard the exact opposite...
many women have been pro-choice....utnil after they have had one...
if only the child got a choice... |

I tend to be more pro-choice than pro-life...BUT I don't think girls should be sleeping with every guy they see, getting pregnant and having multiple abortions. I don't think you have to really chose a side. I haven't heard of anyone changing their views, but I'm sure there are LOTS of hypocrits out there! |

No my views have always been and will always be the same every women should beable to choose to keep it or not What would you want to do if you got pregnant by Rape? |
|

no i would b prolife no matter what even if did get pregnant. i'm not going to kill my kid just cuz i didn't suit my schedule. |
|

Where's that pesky fraggle?

I've always been pro choice but I have considered time limits having had a miscarriage and just after my friend who was due same day as me had her little one at 24 weeks and he survived. |

Nah, I doubt it, I have only met a few pro-life women in my entire life. Most women believe that abortion has to be legal, because they have been told it is a right, and Americans refuse to lose their rights. (Unless they can be convinced that its to stop the terrorists.) If Bush could find a way to blame abortion for 9-11 suddenly everyone would be against it. But anyway yeah, most women are always pro-choice because they view it as a right, even if they think its wrong. (I don't understand this logic...) |

No, I haven't. I had a friend who had an abortion before I met her, but I'm still against it. |

I am pro- choice.
So your saying That men do not have a vested intrest in Abortion? Half of my DNA is in that damn baby, so I think I should have some say in what happens. |

I would like to see an honest bumper sticker just once that said "I support a woman's right to murder her unborn child." |
|

Joe B

well I think if its ok for a woman to murder a baby then I think it should be ok for a man to not have to pay child support if he don't want to, after all fair is fair but we all know most women can't be fair |
