Sounds like you may need a restraining order against him. He would be in jail right now just for talking to you.

Private Investigators are able to find this kind of information, usually through illegal means. Report this as stalking to the police. Even if they do nothing, make sure you have a report number. Start a diary, and keep a note of every time he contacts you and of any witnesses there might be. Note everything - even a quick phone call, or if he turns up in a line at Starbucks.

If this ever comes to court, the prosecution will be able to use such a diary to prove your case.

Make sure you are VERY clear with him. Leave no doubt, never say 'sorry', or "I don't want to hurt you but.." or anything like that. Stalkers survive on the hope that there will be a relationship. Leave no room for that hope. Tell him "I am finished with you. I don't want you to contact me, or to contact my friends, family, or workplace. I have no feelings for you".

Go to the police or District Attorney. Sounds like stalking to me. Better not wait. If he isn't getting any info on you, just the fact that he is causing you stress by inferring that he can get into your personal life should be enough for them to act on. Don't be a victum.

You can acquire all kinds of info about just about anybody if you're willing to pay for it. You have a stalker. File a restraining order immediately. Paying for that kind of info is just a stone's throw from a tragedy in the making.

chances are he has your social security number...he probally went to yahoo people search and looked you up by ss# and then paid to get info on you...or he had been listening to something u said or going through ur stuff before u broke up..one way or another it is possible that he may have found out info on u prior to you breaking up...why is he telling u these things? why do you still have contact with him? why not change ur number ur locks put a warning out on your credit reports and don't give ur info online like on websites and stuff don't have a phone number listed that type of thing...

he could be using a online service such as Merlin data or accurint or such . there are many of them , but I believe it legally requires something called permissional purposes. which , I believe means he must hold a court ordered monetary judgment against you or something alone them lines . Without such I believe it is illegal to use such services. these are services normally used by collection agencies and such but I would guess anyone could lie and find a way to set up a account with one of the many companies out there. Im not sure about the account website. But there are many websites that give out phone numbers or a persons name if you know the phone number. If you subscribe with the website then you can get full information on anyone (address, phone numbers). Only a portion of the information will be given out if you dont have a membership/ or pay a monthly fee to the website. But all you need is to know one thing and you can find out another thing

wow... I hate stalker!! it might be true and might be not. Tell him that if he ever say things like this again, you'll call the police! Just stay away from him.

I think you have reason to be very concerned. You probably should ask an attorney about the matter, and how you can protect your personal information. It does sound like he has your social security number, a credit report would have some of the info you refered to. That would mean he could have gotten a credit report on you, perhaps posing as a creditor wanting your credit data. If you get a credit report on yourself, you'll probably find all the info you refered to. I was shocked at what was on my credit report.

I was also shocked by what I found in a Google search. I typed in:
Yahoo Answers lovely me
Several sited offered your profile, Q & A., and more there. I accidently found mine and could not believe it was there on the web!! It's a little unsettling, but every thing one views and types on the computer is there FOREVER, or so it seems. When it starts reading my mind, I'm unplugging it and putting it in the burn pile!!

Call the Credit Bureau, perhaps they can tell you how you can find out how such a thing can happen. Also, Legal Assistance in your City may be able to help you.

This information isn't available to the public. If you have received emails about your new checking account or emails about your job, perhaps he knows your email password or has it saved on his computer.

You should change your password to every account you have. You should also make sure that your secret questions to your "forgot your password?" questions are not easy to figure out for him.

If you haven't gotten any email about these two things, he's probably talking to your friends or checking your mail or following you.

If he's checking your mail or following you, call the cops.

That's OK get a gun and a concealed Carry permit you will know what to do if the situation comes up... put a restraining order against him and he will have to show up in court otherwise you will get it any way and when he does tell the judge you are afraid of him"protect your self"... i would consult with a lawyer about all of this!

this is a case of stalking. quite possibly following you, actually watched you going into the bank. as for information online, everything is online these days if you know where to look.

you need to file for a restraining order. do it this morning. good luck.

Possible, but unlikely. Quiz him on a few things to find out for sure. And call the police on this fellow. Stalking is illegal in many places.
