My ex husband and I have been divorced for 5 years and no w his behavior is .?
showing drug use, it is really scary to see he has moved 5 times in 6 months and when my son visits he sleeps on the floor. I am conserned for our son and need to ask for supervised visitation what do i do?

I see him getting thinner and thinner he never if ever shaves. his clothes ar very messy and he smells like alcohol when I pick my son up from the visits. he is now not showing up at all for visits. he only shows when he wants to. has not paid child support for 9 months now, I want to protect our son but I do not know what I can do legally. WhenI try and talk to my ex he starts screaming

You know the answer----take away the kids until he gets his life together. You need to file a motion to modify the terms of your child visitation. You need a lawyer. Alert the judge to his behavior and see if your husband changes or gets help. Just protect your children because it sounds like his life has spiraled out of control. You have tried reasoning with him now it's time to take action.
