I saw the 3 questions that you asked yesterday in three different sections regarding this matter. and everybody told you to man up and take up responsibility for what you have done. but it seems to me as if you haven't learned anything from them and that your going to dump your gf and kid. your gf can sue you for child support and she probably would and you deserve it because you are nothing but a spineless coward that runs away from problems.

Legally she can file for child support. Unfortunately for her if you move to Australia they might not be able to MAKE you pay and I don't think they are going to come and get you all the way from aussy just to make you pay child support. However they will put a warrant out for your arrest probably and if you ever came back to the states and they caught you, you'd probably go to jail AND owe A LOT of money. All in all basically you'd just be another dead beat dad who runs away from his responsibilities only to have it catch up with you later. Just saying.......

She may sue for child support if you are not supporting your child. I would say don't abandon your child. Support your child. That doesn't stop you from living in a different area of the world. And, you may sue for joint custody. If you abandon your child that is equal to how much you care about yourself. Remember the child is half of what you are. -smile-

You both need to sit down and talk politely and adultly with each other about the situation at hand. Per haps you would enjoy being a dad my dad says it is the best feeling ever. If you move to australia with your gf and the baby you could make tons of money to look after you and your family. Try pretending to be a dad with family or friends, or even a little baby which they let you babysit. Learn some skills whilst your girlfriend is pregnant so you can get a qualification and earn some decent money. Be a dad it's the best thing that can happen to you!

Or get lawyer and look at your legal fees if your prepared to leave a little baby with no dad. Its your choice.

no she couldnt do anything since your out of the usa district no one here can go after you. but if you was to ever come back to the usa they will nap you.so its a catch 22 you can go and live your life thier but you cant step foot in the usa again are you sure you want to burn that bridge if so have fun MATE

I know it sounds really hard, because you're in the toughest situation of your life, but you shouldn't abandon your child. You'll only regret it in the future when your kid doesn't even know you. If you left you would have to pa child support, but I'm not too sure how much it is. It all depends on your income. No I don't think she can do anything legally, and no she can't sue you, If you pay for the child support.

1 - Send you to Iraq
2 - Somehow make you pregnant to see if you like it
3 - Put you on the front page of the internation papers
4 - 12 months imprisonment
5 - 20 lashes
6 - The death penalty

In all likelihood they will probably do nothing.

depending on wat the judges say, u may have 2 pay child support and stuff. and i know u've probabli heard this so many times before, but seriousli, u are 17, take a little responsibility for your actions. look after your child, u don't wana b 31 and tryna talk 2 ur kid coz u've finali realised that you have a kid and u've missed out on so much of their life and she wont let you. kids need their fathers, i grew up with one and life was great, i cant even begin 2 imagine wat it would have been like if he wasnt around.
