guys... i have paid my bill on time and i had enuff money for this months bill..but what they did is they have deducted last month bill again with this month...so in my bank account...the balance went to negative,...but the worst part is they have cut my mobile network ..i mean service..since afternoon...is this valid enuff to sue...coz i had some important calls to receive and make...

Just get over it, only losers with nothing better to do with their time sue for the most pointless rubbish. |

You can't sue if this was a "mistake", call customer service and ask to have the service restored; ask for some credit for the days without service.
NOW, if after giving them the chance to correct the "error", they still refuse to correct it, then you have a reason to sue. But I would try reporting them to the BBB first; a sue it's too costly and time comsuming and you could lose anyway.
As for the "some importat calls" that's irrelevant, no service is responsible for that, you are only entitled for the value or your mobile service, nothing more, nothing less. |
