High performance and California law.?

High performance and California law. Hello everyone my question is about high performance cars. I have a Honda Prelude and I am to maintain high performance. I would like to know if it is not desert or comments about a cop who arrested me just because you think your car has high performance parts and if you have a turbo is prohibited. desert and if I can have what I want while not in use. N20 can be installed and ready to use but when not in use is not prohibited. that if I have turbo and if my car has 150 Hp and whether such items as admission kit cone air filter. tubes, etc.. exhaust pipe and high performance suspended obiamente appropriate. and indicators. (Amended) PCM (Computer reprogrammable) reaches 340 HP is only 150, has manufactured. while not pass the 70 mph allowed. If a cop can stop me? or NO? and why? thanks u.

I can't understand most of your question. However, a police officer can pull you over when he has reasonable suspicion that a vehicle code has been violated. This is a lower threshold than probable cause. Mind you it is more than just "suspicion", but suspicion based on something that can be explained.

Once you are pulled over, they can inspect your engine for illegal aftermarket parts.

Here is a link that give you an idea what is illegal in CA on a car.

One what does a desert have to do with high performance (other than possible air density/moisture content at same altitudes)? Your wording makes parts of your question hard to decipher, but I'll try.
I believe the cop would have to show probable cause to pull you over in the first place (although you do live in Commie-fornia). Having nitrous installed on the car though the police cannot be expected to wait until they know you are using it - they would get you on something similar to somone caught with burglary tools (they do not have to catch you in the act). My answer may be hard to read but the last half of you question is gibberish and I worked in the auto industry.
