Get a job, because if they nailed you, pay for it now, or pay the consequenses later. |

Driving is an expensive and costly alternative to public transportation, and it sounds like you may not be able to afford it.
People in your situations are often tempted to drive with no insurance and end up hurting someone and can't pay for it. Getting a ticket shows that you are capable of being a careless driver, unless you can make a case in court that the ticket was unjustified. This is why tickets are so expensive. To make easier for you to end up with a suspended license, so that you aren't a danger to those on the roads.
If you cannot afford to pay, tell the judge. Many will work with you. Sure he or she may tell you that if you need to start taking public transportation, but more likely is he or she will defer the fine or set up payments. |

You can afford gas, you can afford internet service. you can afford insurance.
I hope you have a VERY compassionate judge, because they've heard all the excuses there are.. |

Stop driving, save up all the money you would have spent on gas, and then pay your ticket. |

Make an appointment at your county court. If the presiding judge has time to hear your case, he/she will add you to their docket. Present your side of the story. The officer who wrote the traffic ticket may also be present. Be ready to vigorously defend yourself, as your judgment may be attacked during the proceedings to discredit your claims.
Show up with bank statements and payment stubs, anything to show that you face a financial hardship in paying the fine. |

I don't think you can get out of it. But you can ask the judge for time to pay. Whatever you do, make sure you show up for your court date. Never just blow it off, bad move. You can lose your license for that. Good luck!! |

Fight it, plead with the prosecutor, try to get a smaller fine (they'll give you a fine for something stupid), ...... |

if you ask for an extension or put it on the credit card will cost you about 20 bucks extra |

ask for an extension. they'll extend the date another month, if you still can't pay it in a month, they typically will extend it again for you. But you can't completely get out of it unless it's something that can be disputed, but you'll need an attorney... and that will cost mroe than a ticket. |

if it is speeding, just ask to go to a class. if it is something else, find a way to get money. just try not to do anything else. |

Fight the ticket, hope the cop doesn't show up. Wind up paying for it and court costs if he does. |
