I want to know How I can prove this is happening and what to do.
I have been turning my assignments in regularly. I have asked for them back, but the teacher says that I haven't turned anything in. I am confused, simply due to the very fact that I have very distinct memories working on these assignments, and not only that I turned them directly to the teacher, So he personally saw me turn it in. Not only that, but I have recieved only ONE of the 4 assignments I have turned in so far. I have recieved an F on it with the teacher claiming the contents of the assignment was not clear, however that was the same material we went over in class. I smell something fishy, due to the fact that I have had some teachers like this in the past, but they didn't purposely fail me. I am well aware that teachers can do this. I can sense some sort of negative stigmus when I engage in these discussions and **POSSIBLY** a little avoidence of the questions.
I want to know How I can prove this is happening and what to do.
If it is true, do I sue the individual teacher, or do I sue the teacher, the board, the Teachers union, the district, etc.? I don't know the process yet.
I have been looking around online of cases where teachers have purposely failed students because they didn't like them. I find this outrageous and could possibly be happening to me.
