if it hasnt been too long go to the hospital and get a rape kit, if it has been to long i would still suggest calling the police and filing a report against him... give them all the detail you can it is the only legal way..

A lot of answeres here if acted on would make you no better than him Why didnt you involve the cops ,you are letting him roam the street to get another girl maybe a child ..
I assume you are a Yankee girl so I expept your police are as good as our in such cases at helping you ,special trained women for this work often taken to away from the police station to a comfy police house where the doctor solicitor and whoever (Mother)you need can meet and have you safe

Do whatever you can to get away from him or her (kick, punch, scratch, etc and then RUN LIKE HELL).

If your rapist is already in jail, you need to find a really good attorney who has a really excellent track record of winning such cases.

If the rapist is still on the loose and stalking you, notify the police right away and then get a gun or a really sharp knife and keep it within reach and DON'T HESITATE TO PROTECT YOURSELF IN ANY WAY YOU CAN!
