You have to find a local Civic Organizations/Group that does that. They don't pull names from online. A community pulls itself together through the local civic groups active in the area. Business leaders and individuals form and participate in various activities found through common interests. Check local police civic groups. But most of the times, it's actually the police themselves that do that. |
