How can i report drunk Driving?

Like where i can get a phone number other than 9-11 i live in illinois

A phone book for your area should give you the information. Every police station, state patrol, and sheriffs office I know has a dispatch number you can call to report such events. But I have also dialed 9-1-1 if the person is driving that erratically. One time I reported someone driving erratically and that person was actually having a diabetic seizure. In the end, I received a call back from the sheriffs office saying the man was thankful to be pulled over...didn't realize he was driving that badly. Be ready to give your name, number, personal information. Law enforcement just doesn't show up based on anonymous tips.

Look on the police website for call in's -- it's usually a direct local number and it will be posted in a spot designated for calling a police officer to a crime scene.

911 is truly the best route. 911 can access all emergency responders,
