No your uncle's will passes the property directly to you without reserve. Your brother and sister have no standing to challenge the will. |

if they are prepared to carry it away then they deserve it.
i would be more interested in where the dead goat fell from...........it could have been murder !!! Unless your uncle was very tiny ? a dead goat could not propel itself therefore it must have been thrown from a tree or an airplane. Check the airports to see if they have reported a goat missing. Mind you some people have wierd pets then get fed up with them when they grow up... so it might have been thrown from a block of flats ??
are you sure an anvil didnt fall on your uncle and they were left the goat....chek the will again. |

The will is a legal document. If he willed it to you, its yours. Your brother and sister will have to get off it. |

If your uncle passed it to you...its yours! If you want to get rid of them telling you that it should be theirs try make some sort of an agreement like trading or something |

You should confer with the Barrister! A timely resolution to this matter seems unlikely. More than likely if ironmongery is their livelyhood then legal possession of the before mentioned nineteenth century anvil will remain with them, so as not to disrupt their sole source of income. You may however be able to keep possession of the dead goat. Again check with your Barrister.
Cheerio!!!! |

consult the byelaws of the parish in which you are domiciled. |

I would say the anvil is yours if he willed it to you. Just letting your brother and sister use it for ironmongery practise wouldn't make it legally theirs. How come a goat fell on him then? |

have them stand under the anvil and drop it. this will mean the anvil is your sole property. bury the dead goat. .
sell the anvil and illegally immigrate to the UK and collect free benefits.
if you are already here emigrate to somewhere else |

This sounds like the beginning of a law school exam. If there was actually a developed fact pattern I'd think that's what it is. |
