I am assuming that this is an unpublished case (not in an official reporter), and that you are citing an order from that case. If so, then the proper method of citing the case is as follows:
Action Holesale Liquors, et al. v. Oklahoma Alcoholic Beverage Laws Enfocement Commission, CIV -6-0239-5 (W.D. Ok, UNPUBLISHED DECISION _______(date of decision).
Then, of coursem yoiu need to make your page references.
