I would say you stop going to one church this sunday and then go to the other church next sunday ( or saturday)

just just change, there is no steps or procedure except for what the new church requires you to do to be a member

Religion is personal. If you want to declare yourself a member of a different religion, or simply have different beliefs, just do it.

There is no requirement that you inform anyone else, unless you are in the military and want to get your dogtags changed.

First, start going to the new church of the new religion. Meet with the church's leaders to find out what you would have to do to become a member.
Usually, they will need to baptize you (if you haven't been already). Then you will need to take the classes or courses needed to get confirmed into the religion.

My husband and I converted to Methodist from Catholic (him) and Protestant (me). We did that before we got married, and married in our Methodist church.

The best thing to do would be to explore what religion you would like to convert to. After that, speak to the head of the church you would like to join (the Priest/Preacher/Rabbi/Cleric/. . .). They will be able to tell you what you need to do to become a member of that church.

For my husband and I: We met with our Pastor, and she explained everything to us. There was a ceremony during one of the Sunday services where we vowed to uphold the teachings of the Methodist Church, and live life in the Christian way whenever possible. We got little certificates proclaiming us members of the church and of the Methodist faith.

Every religion is different. I know that the Catholic church in town here has prospective new members attend classes, meet with the Priest, get sponsors from the church members, and some other things to become members.

maybe you should ask for the priest or pastor of the church of the religion you wanted to be belong. they will tell you what you should do to become a member of them

Go to the nearest church/building that practices the religion that you want. Ask for information about the religion and I am sure they would be more than happy to help you.

I don't think a person can change their religion as much as they just fade away from it. I feel this can happen weather they have another religion in mind, or just found that their past religion wasn't doing anything for them.I feel that folks are starting to ask something from their religion, and they are tired of giving and not receiving all the time. When people are at war, they get spiritual!

It's like changing you mind. Just pick you new religion and go to them for your new education.

Of course if your old religion is Islam you have to remember that switching to a new one also comes with a death sentence.

Depending in what country you live and what religion. In western christian country you will have no problem at all if you wish to change your religion. But in some non-christian country, change religion (especially if you convert to Christianity) can make you get death sentenced (they consider that as apostasy and the punishment for apostasy is death)

You should ask the people at the new church or group that you want to attend. If they have any requisites that you might need to become a part of that of them. Some will have stipulations some don't. You don't have to tell any one if you no longer like you're church or religious group just stop attending. Believing is the key. Weather you call it God or Jesus, Budah or ALA Jehovah it doesn't mater believe in something greater than your self always, Unless you want to be athious, but that makes thing kinda dull I think.

Just change your region its not that hard and go to the region of your choice.

im not into religion but whatever u want. decide what u like about this other religion, visit their church, figure out the pros and cons. does it help u be a better person than before. do u like the envirement? The most important thing is that u choose what u are comfortable with, not what anyone else says.

i don't know but y would anybody want 2 change their religion, because that's what they have every since they were little so y change it now????? i know i wouldn't, because i love my religion and what i believe in, so sorry!!!!!!!
