How do we have this issue with a Preliminary Judicial Report?

The magistrate stated in November 2008 that we did not need a PJR for a Quiet Title Case, and not to worry about it. Last week we had a very troublesome meeting with the magistrate in which he lost his temper, and was quite nasty. All of a sudden he made a motion on Friday that we suddenly need a PJR. Can he do that? Its on record that he stated we didnt need one, are they allowed to just change stream like this? Any tips, this is very frustrating.

Keep a copy of the statement made on the record in case you have to appeal you case to a higher court, some people in authority think they are above the law.Keep track of ALL your court documents.I have been dealing with a court issue for years now and because some of these people have gotten away with wrong doing for so long the have become comfortable with what they do but God see everything.and when He says enough is enough He will expose everything and everybody that is miss using their authority.
