Won't matter; since the illegal ratification of the 14th Amendment, state law can be nullified by Federal law.
It really should never have been illegal and by being so, causes young people to deal with the black market who's "dealers" then lead them to more profitable and dangerous drugs. |

I think it may not be such a bad idea. Several European countries have done it, and as far as I know it has been successful. If nothing else, it will save police the time and effort of pursuing harmless recreational use. |

Medical MJ is already legal. Federal law prohibits it, so it will never really be legal. Federal law trumps state law. |
