We are paying child support for my step son. My husband had a one night fling go bad before we got married. The mother sits around and will not get a job. Is there any law in Ohio that would go against that? I have her on tape saying she spends the money on herself. What do I do? Thanks in advance.

Do you want the child? If so go to court. If not just figure he made a mistake that will cost you both for at least 18 years.
