If something is illegal or not is like being pregnant or not... You can't be a little bit pregnant, you can't be 50% pregnant. Just as something is not "a little" bit illegal.
The answer to your question is it is illegal to attack a random person's car. If you're looking for percentages it's 100% illegal. If the person is not in the car it will be vandalism/destruction of personal property/etc. depending on the amount of damage. If the person is in the car it can be all of the above as well as battery. |
