The actions of the court have to be legal and constitutional. If the facts or the law are ignored, there is a right to appeal to a higher court.

A court is not responsible to the litigants. The litigants are responsible to the court. They must show up and abide by the courts decisions

It is extremely difficult to hold a Court (Judges) accountable. There are processes and procedures for filing complaints ... which are reviewed by other Judges.
