How long after a bench warrant is issued do you have to make a payment?

My brother was mailed a notice of non-payment the middle of March. He never made a payment "had no job, and no income". At the start of this month he received a notice that a bench warrant has been issued for him. He now has a job, and was able to make a small payment on his fine, but the ODCR website still shows he has a warrant for his arrest. My question is how long after a notice of non-payment is issued do you have to make a payment? If you miss the deadline for the payment, and make one after a bench warrant is issued will the warrant go away, or will he still have to serve time in Jail?

In order for them to squash the warrant he will still need to appear in front of the judge regardless whether he makes a payment or not the best thing for him to do is to turn himself in to the jail so then they will process him and give him another court date to appear in front of the judge the warrant will stay valid until he sees the judge

He has to see the judge. If he turns himself in today, he may be able to see the judge in the morning depending on how big your town is. Otherwise, he'll have to sit in jail for the weekend. I would probably just tell him to turn himself in on a Monday.
