How long can you get for a probation violation in the state of oregon?

The original crime was felon in possession of a firearm and now is being arrested for violating a stalking order

3) Jail confinement imposed as a custodial sanction by the Department of Corrections or a county community corrections agency pursuant to rules adopted under this section shall not exceed [30] 60 days per violation report. The total number of days of jail confinement for all violation reports per conviction shall not exceed the maximum number of available jail custody units under rules adopted by the Oregon Criminal Justice Commission.

You will have to serve out the time left on your probation for breaking it. They may also give you the full sentence they first gave you before the court probated it.
