You usually wait 90-120 days and yes they go in the order and date they were filed.

This really depends on the amount of cases on-going in your county; it's common to wait 60-180 days before your case comes before a judge. Almost all jurisidictions go by the order civil suits are filed; haven't you've already recieved a court date?
