How many hrs do u need to work in order to receive health benefits?

I heard it was 40 hrs a week then i heard it was 35 hrs a week. The reason why I ask is because Im full time and Im the only not getting health benefits and Ive been with this company for 3yrs now and every one else has health benefits and work the same hrs as me and has worked there for at least 3 yrs. I ve been by Human Resources and they told me they don't know. I feel like I being screwed here. So how many hrs do you need to work to receive health benefits?

depending on the company between 32-40. however benefits are not mandatorily given by any company. there are some that don't offer them to some positions and yet to for others.

At my job its 35-40 hrs per week is considered full time. I would sit down with human resource and ask them why your not receiving any benefits because that is not right if everyone else is getting the benefits and your not. And you have been there for three years they normally give you the benefits after 90 days of being there. You are very much being screwed.

Depends on each individual Company. Not all companies offer heath benefits.
