They have computers that look for key words. If a key word comes up, they MIGHT read what it says. The government does not have the resources to monitor everything that we do without the use of computers.

They don't have the time for that crap. They are busy with real problems. Same with this telephone tapping thing. They are chasing terrorists, not spying on citizens. They have limited resources, manpower, and budgets, and need to spend their time on useful work.

Yeah, possible, but unlikely. These questions aren't all that "important" if you think about it. No one would be stupid enough (or maybe they would be) to ask about things the CIA would be interested in.... It's a bunch of folks asking about random stuff.

I believe everything we say here is recorded by various intelligence agencies, especially in more militaristic nations. I dont believe that everything is monitored though. Probably red flag words are honed in on. For instance, this question will probably be monitored because you mentioned the CIA, and also cause it contains the words Osama, zarqawi, al queda, hijack. Now you and I and everyone else who answers will be investigated ;) Hope ur clean.
